Random thought

God punished Adam and Eve for eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. They were sent out of the Garden of Eden. Adam would have to toil on the fields to survive and Eve would have to suffer birth pains. Hence, all men have to carry the burden of work while women have to endure pains in childbearing.

The women of today are burdened with work AND still suffer birth pains.
