The student guide, Viet, told us that some food/nutrition students brought a cow up onto the clock tower you see here to protest against cruelty to animals(how ironic). Also, some engineering students brought a car up there once. The engineering students in ubc are notorious for such pranks, they've suspended a car frm a bridge before by feigning an accident. When the police were distracted, they lowered the car below the bridge. No wonder they say engineering students are eccentric.
